A virtual recipe swap with dozens of new recipes from some of the TOP recipe creators online and on Pinterest!
The thing I love best about being a hostess for the Weekend Potluck is the exposure I get to so many, honest to goodness, scrumptious original recipes that don't necessarily show up when I'm browsing around online and on Pinterest.
It often seems like I just see the same ol' same ol' recipes by the BIG recipe sites on Pinterest when sometimes, I really just want to see the more obscure, tried and true, family recipes that smaller sites share that just don't show up in my searches because the blogger isn't a internet marketing mastermind.
Seriously, I often go back through past issues of the potluck to browse for inspiration instead of looking other places online because I know the Weekend Potluck is going to offer such a variety of recipes I might not see anywhere else!
And I'm looking at the featured recipes below from last week's potluck and I honestly don't know which one I want to try first!
My personal favorite from last week is this White Bean & Pork Stew by The Bearded Hiker because I love a good stew and y'all know I love me some beans! And I'm equally excited to try the Easy 3 Ingredient Onion Baked Potatoes in Foil, Best Taco Meatloaf and Easy Slow Cooker Root Beer BBQ Chicken!
Check out these amazing recipes featured from last week's Weekend Potluck, then scroll down to see all the recipes new this week!

Hi there! While I’m not able to respond to every comment, I try hard to answer any questions that haven’t been addressed in the post, recipe or in other comments.
I can tell you now 1) I have no idea if you can substitute Minute Rice or brown rice in my recipes because I’ve never used them and 2) If I know how to convert a recipe to a Crock Pot version, I will make a note about it (otherwise, I don’t know).
And though I may not respond to them all, I do read each and every comment and I LOVE to hear from you guys! Thanks, y’all! - Mandy
