A virtual recipe swap with dozens of new recipes from some of the TOP recipe creators online and on Pinterest!
The more I work with the Weekend Potluck recipe round-up, the more I'm convinced Fall is the BEST time of the year!
I mean, I love to cook (and eat!) all year long but it seems like this time of year is when all my favorite types of recipes pop up.
Take, for example, the four recipes we're featuring from last week's potluck... all four of these recipes are my kind of eats and all of them make me think of autumn. From soup to cabbage to cornbread to my personal favorite, a Sticky Caramel Pumpkin Cake, these recipes have me digging out my boots and sweaters!
Even though the high today is going to be 78 degrees... thankyouverymuch stupid South Carolina weather got us not knowing how to dress from one day to the next and my heat and air conditioning running in the same day, every day from now until Christmas.
Can't a girl just wear her riding boots and that cute flannel top with a puffy vest and sip on a latte and be basic just one day before January???
For the past few weeks we've have A TON of new contributors (yay!!) so we're able to offer you more and more variety and, hopefully, some recipes that are new to you! Check out some of the highlights from last week's Weekend Potluck then scroll down to see all the recipes this week!

Hi there! While I’m not able to respond to every comment, I try hard to answer any questions that haven’t been addressed in the post, recipe or in other comments.
I can tell you now 1) I have no idea if you can substitute Minute Rice or brown rice in my recipes because I’ve never used them and 2) If I know how to convert a recipe to a Crock Pot version, I will make a note about it (otherwise, I don’t know).
And though I may not respond to them all, I do read each and every comment and I LOVE to hear from you guys! Thanks, y’all! - Mandy
